ticket system not working for wartune gamerocks players

Tried to put a ticket but couldnt since wartune gamerocks isnt a game option n if we (gamerocks players) choose wartune the server number we get isnt the one we play since it means wartune r2. Cant send a ticket either using mini client or r2 page. Need a way to sort it

Same issue happens with Kong players who were moved to Proficient City. I've been using the "test server" option to submit my tickets. Perhaps that will work for you?
