servers 1 & 698 on total crash

Both servers still totall crashed, fully of cheaters and completly damaged, but now also, dungeon magic square is bugged and damaged, this dung 3 weeks ago, is not allowing to end the time counter and get closed it self mean while players still have enough time to complete, this dung been closing even when players still have 2 or 3 mins before timer ends, so, please go fix it, and i repeat, will come here to report untill i see is fixed

If you could provide a video or some screenshots to the issues you are referring to, I would be more then welcome to check and pass this along.
