The recharge through Xsolla via Paypal is not working. The annoying part is that it takes money from your account and then refunds it, but it says "the refund could take 4 - 5 days to appear in your account"!!! Great they can take your money fast enough but are slow to give you it back. Please report this and get it sorted as soon as possible.

Hi mick, for billing issues, you'll need to send in a ticket. Thanks MemoryLane. Will send a ticket and see what happens, but this appears to be a problem being experienced by all on Gamerocks/R2 Platform on Server 5 Oceanic. Dont know if the problem is affecting anyone else.Comment
