Attn MemoryLane, sylph merge ticket

I have submitted a ticket regarding a sylph merge that failed to use the Fusion Spirit that was in my inventory, instead taking 20k bound balens from me. Paul at support can't understand the situation at all. He seems to think that because the box that said use bound balens was checked, that that should override the "Uses Fusion Spirit first" message that was in plain view, despite that not being the case the last time I merged or with any other dialog box in the entire game. The ticket number is 187582, which they closed. I then created 187848 requesting that it be reopened. They just don't understand how the game works, though, and so are refusing to refund me the 20k balens. And yes, I sent a screenshot, attached to the report, showing the fusion spirit sitting in my inventory after the merge failed to use it.

Can you please help get this situation resolved in a reasonable manner, instead of the boneheaded responses I've gotten so far?

Unfortunately, I can't forward your ticket because you don't play on our servers. There's 2 publishing companies for this game, and while we play together, we can only provide support for R2's players here. ProCity has the Wartune facebook page.

That said, it sounds like you didn't have all of the required materials on hand. The fusion spirit is only used in exchange for the 60k balen cost for the fusion. You were charged 20k balens, so you must not have had the full amount of Required Materials, which are still required even with a fusion spirit being used, but the game is kind enough to take what you have and finish with balens if you don't have enough.

it hasnt been 60k balens in a long time,they lowered the cost to 20k..sounds like he had 20000 fusion spirit shards in his inventory but didnt synth it into the required fusion spirit in blacksmith..therefore the game took the bb instead
