Why dont we divide arena

example 20-30

example 30-40

example 40-50

example 50-60

its so boring to go to arena if you always know ur always unmatch

NO thrill at all

This suggestion has been offered many times now. Just have to ask, single or group? If single, no point as its already based on that. GA, no because BR would be a better matching system then lvl. High lvl and low BR = gettting mauled in the GA. Find people who are similar to your BR and do the GA with them.
