Need lvl 40 and lvl 50 epic shards in Guild shop

I see there are lvl 60 and up epic shards for guild shop. Why aren't the lvl 40 and 50 epic shards there since you can also buy the legendary stones from lvl 40 on up. Please put the epic shards for those in there too. Thanks.
