Honor ranks

I know many do alot of pvp at low lvl and get high rank, im not one of thoes. Wouldn't it be a litte more fair if al high ranked fight with itsother and we lower one can run to get a chanse to grow in honortitle?
I realy think this type off matching is just stupid, let thoes who has high honortitle fight amoung themself, so others can come up.

get better br and kill those with higher rank and you will get more honor and advance faster. if you think to advance by killing same as you or lower you will became a grim reaper by killing 10000 people before you get the lord divine title. don't pee in the wind.
