    Blacksmith able to Convert Star Tear's

    Hey guys,

    I want to ask if you will make Blacksmith able to Convert Star Tear's,
    Because that will be very helpful for people to make Lvl 2 sylph faster.

    sadly they had to follow the chinese server , I guess.. But I think recycling sylph seal for star tear shard is fair enough
    Server : Avazu - S1
    Characters : I'm a newbie Knight
    Status : Just started to slow-leveling
