Last Saturday / Sunday server was down most of the day, when finally came online we got a compensation of about 300k gold/daru and some exp bonus for the down time.
But the worst was not the down time, it was the fact that server while was off it did not announce nor programed the weekly GB and we had no GB fights this week.
The loss for that is more than some gold especially to new servers which GB rewards can be used to add some skills / train mount / train soul crystal / get insignia for arena set / and upgrade you honor rank.
So the question is, are the Game Masters aware of this ? even tho im sure lots of people report that with tickets, are they aware of the loss ? and are they going to give us any compensation for the GB loss ? because in the future we will be merging soon and we will again have the same loss... which they do give compensation for when merging server and you do not get weekly GB rewards.
