bots speed

first im a mage, today i have noticed that bots in arena have some xtrange behavior

round 1 mage vs mage i draw first shot, finally after 7 movements i have been defeated, but counted the enemy moves and he did 5 moves and i did 4, and i opened
round 2 mage vs archer again i draw first shot, but get defeated after 7 moves, i did 3 atacks and the archer got 4 and i opened

how is this posible? or bots are gaining doble shots skills? since i got the first shot its suposed to have more shots

We all got double shot it happened to me too its not a bot its reaction speed
Attack and cast speed to be exact
