General Battle Strength is not BR with blessings.
It is total BR including stuff that usually dont counts in Player Strength rankings, like astral value and mount strength.

This is incorrect. Astral Value and Mount Strength have nothing to do with it.

General Battle Strength is your Player BR with no Sylphs + the BRs of the 3 Sylphs on your Team. Another way you can check this is just take your BR in Player Strength Rankings, then go in and look at your Sylph Team at the time rankings were taken. Take the 2nd and 3rd Sylph's BR on that team. Add it to your BR and then you have your General Battle Ranking.
