Remove the Speak In World Chat task for Daily Devotion

Because I'm tired of seeing inane or nonsense messages. At least R2Games billboarding style spam contains useful reminders.

if u don't wanna see just switch tabs
no need to remove a devotion quest like that and nobody is asking u to see them

Learn the search function and use the search function help r2 by reducing the threads which might have already been posted
