When completing the circuit that ask to sacrifice a sylph soul sacrifice, does it actually take one of your sylphs? I don't want to lose a level 80 sylph for a weekly circuit quest.

it dont take a sylph automaticly....you have to chose a sylph....for that quest it is good to have a white sylph, if you dont have one...it is fast to get
