Can someone explain me when and where we will FINNALY be able to use Vulcan's hammers ????

Vulcans hammers are used in holy forge of 80 gear. if you are not lvl 80 yet then you have some waiting to do -
You need to be part of the class advanced group in order to access the Holy Forge. Until then though, you can earn hammers and stoves and save them.. but you can not use them until you make it through the level 80 class advanced set of quests and defeat the dragon at the end.Always.. Always.. Always be yourself.. unless you can be BATMENTOR! Then always be BATMENTOR muahahahahahahah! (PS: BATMENTOR has Batcupcakes, Batcookies, and Batcake.
