I haven't played for a long wartune but i have seen lvl6 altar in guild giving you a lvl3 xp book from rolls (thing that should make you at least a bit happy) giving you so little xp, you hardly feel at least happy you found a lvl3 or4 one... I suggest they give you a percentage of you lvl like 1% for lvl1, 2% for lvl2 etc. Don't know also if that is really possible programmatistically but surely there is a problem with these supposed xp books!
