Luck or Drop % increase scroll

I suggest a Luck or Drop % increase scroll be added.

It would work similar to the bonus exp scrolls. You will have a higher chance of obtaining stuff like shadow crystal, green/blue equips, and crystaloids from bosses and mobs.
