    Make honor awards relative to level difference between players so higher level players have more incentive to fight each other rather than gang up on lower level players.

    actually this doesn't even help at all. the reason why higher lvl players aim lower lvl players is because they're easier to kill and be stopped from collecting crystals which is the main objective of battlegrounds. The team that first reaches 5,000 pts wins. The effort n time taken to stop a high lvl player is more than 3 times of stopping a weak player from collecting (I'm assuming the strongest players in each battle ground team vs weakest players in each team). Why would they even bother about the honor when they still get 90 honor for winning by stopping 3 weak players compared to 1 strong player...

    Your suggestion might work better if battleground rewards at the end of the battle is individually based such that based on the no. of crystals you collected/strength of players killed by you, you get more/less honor & insig. That will probably be the only way to encourage strong players to target other strong players to increase their rewards. Otherwise, even if this is implemented, while they get lesser honor from killing, they still get 60 more honor if their team wins (I would say the 80 insignia is more of an incentive than the 90 honor since you can't spend honor and players who are already at elite warrior rank would not even care since they will start losing honor if they reach crusader, so many would want to remain at elite warrior but still win battleground for insignia).
