Time needed for GM to solve with ur ticket problem?????????????

Hi everyone,
Do any one of u have a problem or a bug with this game system? do u file a ticket to this support team?
well i have a bug in my account for my astral system ( my astral is missing) and i have filed a ticket. as of now i have been waiting for ten days with no news.
Their replies that i receive from the G.M or support team is to wait and be patience. I also got to PM R2 Ambrozia G.M and he/she asked me to reply the message in three days if there is no progress with my problem and...... no news.
how long do u think to fix this kind of problem? 15 days,...1 month, 2 months,....1 year?

Please tell me players, how long do GM fix ur ticket problem.
I'm curious to know is it only me that they ignore or u all have the same problem like me.

as far as I'm concerned, your ticket/s are all replied. Kindly refer and reply in your ticket for further assistance. For me to follow up/check the Astral issue, PM me the ticket number so I can make sure I am addressing the correct one. Also, most players who have this issue did not lock their astral and/or have synthesized the astral with another one.

my ticket #642653. yes i synthesized my purple astral with my other astral that are not locked. i purposely do that as a stock so i can synthesize it to my equipped astral. but when i try to arrange/move my stocked astral (move it to different spot) it disapear. the astral did not go to other astral as exp. it just disappear.
