Sylph troops

There was a patch which implemented sylphs replacing troops;this was great as:sylphs are stronger than troops/takes away the pain of leveling barracks/everyone has strong sylphs but
Newbies are not as strong and with PVE;esp knights which have a weak AOE to take out mobs; worse if they don't have L55 sylph with advance awakening; the mobs could easily take you out
So it would be nice if we could start out with full awakening points to awaken sylph troops once in battle just like in guild beast or at least have sylphs awaken instantly in battle mode while toon still gathering points

what is the point of having low lvl pve aspects in the game if anyone would have such an easy life as you describe it?
