about will crystal and res crystal

i m got confused for that think, now we cant null a will crystal till 90%? like before patch come?

i try high as posible i can my res crystal point,but still got -60% reduse of damage
and my damage up to 33% only
try duel my friends before hes electro hit only cause damage 15-60k damage now damage is increase

cant pass purgantory maze lv 30 now, damage receive insane

I do not think the same as previously,which will point-res point=final damage

so any body can explain how will and res crystal work now?
i need enlightenment
