Patch Data Conversion

Did anyone planned data conversion during patches?

Like Captains need to do Corporal, Sergeant again? (reported, ticket not opened by support after 2 months)
Like Spire God need to do Spire again to enable Spire NM (reported, think same response)
etc

Had a few guildies who went through all 24 levels of spire and only one of them was awarded the title. At that very same token, they were not able to unlock the NM mode.

You need to pass normal first with live attempt to unlock NM mode.

Yes, but this only show issue with data conversion during patch, instead of automatically enabling it for Spire Gods (those who passed lvl 24 all should have the title) by data conversion script (can be very easy), they assume us to use 1 daily attempt to enable it (BTW, it disable MPD attempt if done before MPD). Not so big issue in this case, but ... the military ranks showed bigger issue.
