Windows 8.1 or10 tablet?

Anyone play the game using either of the above? Thinking about replacing the rather clunky laptop with a tablet, but want to know how Macromedia Flash player runs?

Anyone have any experience with these?

Adobe Flash needs fast CPU and lots of RAM and good GPU ... and I can say also fast internal bus

So if the tablet does not react faster than that laptop, forget about it.
Win 10 is faster than Win 8.1, if not upgraded from Win 8.1 Meaning fresh installation is better.
