Actually you have more than one problem.
1. Nobody here has the ability to put items in the shop for any amount of balens.
2. If you want an item for 5k balens you are spending way too much on the game lol, and finally
3. My guess is you cant read and are either trying to use bound balens (which you can not do when using discount vouchers) OR you have not unchecked the box which says "use bound balens first".
If you check number 3 and still have issues I think its time for a ticket to R2
