Keep in mind that those limits are at the server level. If 100 people bought 10, then that would be the 1000 limit for the server. The Gift of God is an item in great demand and this seems pretty normal to me.

for me its not normal if they want give something for help they give for all and limits par character or not add at all this is only cheat from r2

No trick, I got 50 of each of ALL the 1 balen rewards offered. If you wanted to get them you needed to stay up till your server reset time. For 5 hours I checked flash sales and bought 10 of each. When the rest of my server woke up and logged on very few items remained. If ya snooze ya lose!
