West Coast servers across all platforms are undergoing a maintenance. This was announced 2 days ago.

The same time the one for the East Coast was posted that I had to commend R2 for making it known ahead of time. There were debates about Chaos War happening during that time along with night time stuff (Group/Eud Arena, Eve World Boss, Eve BG, etc.) that people need to do as they either work, have school, or doing other things that they could not make the morning ones. We were waiting to see if it was going to be postponed or moved up the time slots (like in the early morn hours), but nothing. So this is their answer.
