Hey, here's an idea, dont bother with any level limits. Just let everyone from 1-X play in the same BGs. Really isnt much different than throwing level 40s in with level 56+.
High level meat spankers need to farm honor and they get just as much from 40s and players around their own level. Kind of stupid really. Give 1 honor for anyone 10+ lower to reflect there isnt much honor in it.
