entering a Cross-server MP room

Does anyone know how to enter or join a cross-server MP room when it is being spammed on cross-server world chat?

to my knowledge, so far still NO ONE can enter it at all!!!

i entered using the mpd icon on top and used crusader but got no rewards even though box was checked and attempt was used, this was after last maint

but that's a local room. i had never seen anyone able to enter a room on another server at all!!!
