Where is the Bonus Button?

In the Email from Kabam announcing the latest game changes, they included a code for "surprise" rewards. Where do you collect this reward? There were no instructions.

I cannot find a box to enter the code or button to click on my Wartunes screen. Clicking on "Kabam Rewards" or "Code Redemption" gets me nowhere.

Anyone?
