Suggestion (again): max level skills.

im suggesting that if you maxed the level of ur skill it will change..

example,
thunder bolt lvl 1-4= blue thunder bolt
thunder bolt lvl 5= red thunder bolt

just change the output of skill not the effects , so the skill won't add lag's
just sharing my thoughts
