    How to make skills blinking?

    Hello,I want to know how to make skills blink in PVP...for PVE I press AFK mode and after that 1 cast I use skill I want and it starts blink?

    For PvP, I believe the only consistent way to activate them, is by going into slyph mode, same as PVE. In normal mode there probably won't be much you can do.
