I would say that u purchased some a few hours b4 reset, and you have gone back in after 00:00 reset, this is why you have 3/3 atts, and this is greyed out

you see the green button at the bottom of the shop says free reset click it... if you don't your shop items will not change and after you buy something you have reset the shop to try to bring that item back so you can buy it again and again and again.
