Need clarifications

Hi guys, I need some help with the questions here.

1. I saw under MY SERVERS on wartune homepage, there are 4 under my account, is 4 the maximum? If i add new servers, do i get to choose which existing server to replace?
2. I realised that on Oceanic servers, no Balenor;s rewards under EVENT PRIZES are available except Code redemption rewards unlike other servers where we get rewards at level 25, 32 and 40.
Is there an error?

You will be shown the last 4 servers you logged into in the "My Servers" list.

The Sailora Will Bless Three and All of Balenor Will Rejoice events are timed events from the release date of the server. The longest event is 14 days, so if the server is over 2 weeks old, the quests will no longer appear.
