just last month, when I recharge, I could collect rewards for 500 to 10000 balens as well. but not anymore.
also in spender's event, when spent 4000 balens, could also collect rewards for other category.
this new policy you have doesn't make sense at all. worst yet, you did not inform players before hand of this change in policy.
