is it really smart to add the possibility for a guild to join another guild in his fight, what's the point for a guild to fight 2 guilds.why do not let each guild win or lose each spot alone?

Post Grab is such a horrible event. It eats up so much of your time and only the guild g m can wage war. With 2 time frames, a lot of g ms can't be online for both of them. It's an insanely poorly designed event.

      fab:

Post Grab is not guild-to-guild but alliance (color) to alliance.
The nodes on the map are not guilds. They are just like a totem/city that your alliance occupy for rewards.
Anyone in your alliance (color) can be in there. It's not limited by guild membership at all.

Even helping a different color can help your alliance.
Nodes on the map have to be connected in order to attack each other. If they are not adjacent to you, they can't attack you.
If your weak neighbors are adjacent to a strong opponent that can defeat your alliance, helping them defend their cities is like building a wall around your own cities.
You don't have any direct gain by doing it, but you help defend your own cities by doing so.
When the borders are safe, you can use your Attack attempts to occupy the weak cities for greater daily rewards.

Post grab is a game of strategy. I would regard this a plus part of the game that I like. Now Wartune finally lets us use war tactics again! yay!
The down side is that we can't see who's who on either side. The only way to find out who they are is by attacking them.
But the guild grouping is reset every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and we have only 4 attack attempts per day, so there's very little chance to do reconnaissance, and we would have to bet on pure luck (which is no strategy!).
And, as always, Wartune is doing very poor at matching. The four colored alliances on the map are generally not equal-powered, which means there's always one or more predator(s) that eat(s) up everything and the victims get crushed into nothing.

i dont see strategy in this part of game sorry, only a way for a team to do alliance with another team to kick a 3rd,where is strategy ??? do not allow to help another alliance will give a chance for each to use strategy to up your daily reward, but not when you know you will fight/defend 2 alliances
the goal of the event is not to conquere all the map but to max daily reward,if you put 2 boxers against 1,boxer alone can have the best strategy he will lose, and it's like that in each sport, game, war

          Greedy Guilds

Its not a strategy game, it is terrible 3 months event that strong guild will occupy all the post and make their alliance. Wonder how many Crystals they loot everyday occupying all the post of the 2 guilds plus their current post.

Max is 800, Min is 100.
Some cashers said every 100 crystals were worth 400 unbound balens.
How much do you think they would be willing to spend and do all they could to get their 800 daily rewards? Go figure.
If the matching were fair and even, I'd like this event. That's about the most collaborative and dynamic part of Outlands.
Sadly, matching has never been even and will never be.

it's exactly what's happening for our alliance, only 3 posts for 2 colours and over 45 posts for a 3rd who now help the 4th to "share" the map together,to talk about strategy event is an insult for true strategy game.till a "colour" will be able to help another it will be the mess without strategy

The real problem is the matching or grouping of guilds. You get 2 or more of the mega guilds grouped together on one color, and then a bunch of dead guilds with one active guild grouped together on the other colors. This is the second time for my guild now, absolutely no one else on our group other than us. Need to consider how groupings are matched. If it's based on cumulative number of players per guild, then we have a problem, way too many large dead guilds out there. If its based on overall guild battle rating, then we might have a chance of getting grouped with a decent guild. As long as its done the way it is, one group will constantly dominate all posts and no one gets any rewards but them. Not even worth trying anymore. Just get rid of post grab and stick to making outland exploration better.

The only way I know of is to simply ask in outland chat who the other guilds are. And don't worry, outland chat can be seen only by those in the same team than you so no one else from the other 3 team can know who is in your team that way.
                    Have a wonderful day

yeah till u get a guild that dont help and not enough ppl to defend and u loose all posts

whoever thought of this design needs his head examined cuz hes havnt got a brain cell

one way to make ppl quit too combine 2 strong guilds to face a weak guild and get destroyed and they all quit

r2 love money but this design will make them get even less use ur brains for once r2 ur loosing customers

At least give us a chance to regain some posts back. :if red has taken all posts and you are blue you cant take a post back because you dont have a post next to the one you want to take back: This needs to be fixed so that a team can retake posts back.. just a thought

post grab matching is all wrong beast guilds overtaking all posts low to mid guilds ave no chance one way to make ppl quit at this rate all low guilds wont enter so r2 will loose revenue if they quit

Same, my guild has stopped doing post grab, for one the interface is clunky and confusing, not user friendly at all. The teams just reset last sunday for the 3month run and already 2 guilds have no posts and out of the remaining 2 that do have posts, one color has over half the remaining posts, so in less than a week, 1 guild will have control of every post then just kicks back for 11 more weeks to claim their rewards. Sorry R2 but this event was not thought out very well, seems rushed and suffers from balance and a lack of planning.
