Synthing henna to adv henna

i was way behind in getting KH but have nearly maxed all my spots for regular henna....would like to be able to synth 10 henna for 1 adv henna, any other ideas on this

I would love this idea as well since there isn't many places to get advanced henna other than events and outland shop. Hell, they should have an event that exchanges regular henna for the advanced ones as I pop those out more in the lab.

got around 50 a 60k normal henna, got all tattoo's 2k or more, so cant use them anymore for more stats,
