Patch 6.3 and League Insignias

I might have missed some info in the so-many-words-so-little-info Patch 6.3 Guide, but could someone kindly tell me do I need to spend my League Insignias before the patch implementation or do I keep them?

Your League Insignia should be safe. There aren't any changes happening to the Arena or Arena/League Arena Shops.

I say that as someone who doesn't exactly pay a lot of attention to the Arena stuffs, but on a pre-patch server, I haven't seen any difference (but the pre-patch did hit on the 1st of the month, so it's not really possible to say for sure).
