Question About the PVP Gear

So after playing this game for so long, and having not figured it out myself, I have to ask...does the piercing (example, ignore 1000 PDEF/MDEF points) effect work on ALL enemies, or does it only work on players?

i heard its works on mobs and player , except wb ... (just rumors) idk since i havent try it out myself

It's work on normal mobs too.
Well, that time I got 3 set for lvl 45 that had been enchant for max (stupid me buying robe for archer and not mage)
So, when I equip it to do Void rune, my atk just decreased even thought I got more matk =="
So, I back using pvp set 35, my matk decrease but I hit harder ._.

it works on mobs. not sure about WB though.

wb doesnt have any defense like most of the mobs.....but in case they have def then it ignores that too
