lvl 40 ring is not useful for mage

i been using lvl 40 ring but its seem that even castinator work better so i wonder is lvl 50 ring any better for mage

yes, omg it makes ur spells 50% cheaper .... imagine casting 3 aoes

idk i think the proc rarely goes off, i get more dodges from my illusion astral than this so called 30% proc rate.
