Recharging Balens methods

The $4.99 pack (500Balens) have a option to be bought by phone. But the others ($9.99, $19.99 etc) does not have a option to be bought by phone. Some people are underaged for credit cards to buy balen. Thus, their other option is to pay by phone. Im hoping if you will be able to implement phone paying method to the other pack instead of just the $4.99 one

just click recharge in game and go to the $4.99 one. The others does not have a option to be recharged by phone. Its at the 9 more choices tab.
