Strong in what way?
You can made you rain lvl 4 and meteor lvl 3 for some damage, but you'll become kinda useless at MP 45+ becouse they need healing type, not attacking type.
Just made sure you're Matk are high enough so you're good to go even with lvl 2 rain and meteor
