WB HP depends on max lvl of characters on server how i understood system, for example u can look how much hp have WB if on server max lvl 30 and max lvl 60

Our BloodFang had 74mil (58mil for Ragnoch) HP to share among +121 players (don't know the exact number, that my rank after all)
Usually I got 2% easily, today I barely hit 0,6% and top 3 that usually got more than 5,5% barely made it to 1%.
Asking why?
We get our server merge today, 3 server at once, and the HP boss barely sufficient for 1 server (the same HP for S24 only before merge) ==a

the wb is messed up and its hp needs to be increased on s24 i usually get close or get 2% today i got .3% and on s79 my lvl 37 archar (vs 49 knight) got .4% this is really messed up
