some one know were or how to get? i saw on talent panel that is required for upgrade talents even before class advancement, can some one help with this please???

Hi there Maximiliano, the basic talent stones were added into the patch when it went live, but unfortunately as with so many other items introduced in previous patches, the item has not been made available to obtain.
