Can I change the linked email in the wartune game? What happens if I lose access to this email? Could I link another with your help? If yes, what would it take?

1. As long as you didn't verify, you can change the email address. After you've verified it, it becomes bound (unable to change it).
2. If you lose access to your physical email, you can still log into this email for the game.
3. I do not know if support can change your email address, but I am sure they will need a few things to prove ownership of said account before a change like this can really happen. Don't count on it, though.Vicious! Approach with Caution!

Mei's explanation is spot on, except R2 will not change a bound email address unless extreme circumstances have compromised your account. Losing access to an email address isn't an extreme circumstance. It's just a log in.
