New Eudemon upgrade Willpower Emblem/Resistance/RES Reduction

With the new merged Eudemon you have the ability to upgrade Willpower values to a higher lvl.
Till lvl 40 you can use the normal emblems but after 40 you need to use new items.
Question is now: Where we can obtain them from?

It will be a long time before a patch comes for the new items. Question is, will players still remain after all the shenanigans that were pulled on them by the devs?

You can put this item on the same list as the talentstones for non KH players. The devs make great posts of these items being implemented but after a patch you'll find that some items are not and maybe never be implemented.

That is great when you spend some money into these merged euds to get them and run into the wall of "impossible to get items".
