Time Vortex, Titan Temple & other related events that are not part of outlands should be separated with outland tab

coz 1st of every month g.m needs to signup for outland & then wait for 1 more day to do time vortex, titan temple & 1 more i dont remember name, these should be separated and not merge with outland tab, its really stupid losing rewards for 1 day just because of outland
