So with patch 7.8, we are able to use willpowers on patrol once the tower levels reach level 10. But explain why a willpower can only meet one requirement even though he meets all other requirements easily. Now I realize you can add a regular eud to meet the normal requirement and add the willpower to meet the hard requirement or add a regular eud to meet both normal and hard and add a willpower to meet nightmare but one willpower should be able to do all 3 requirements if it meets them. But I also realize with this new explore feature, we will want to use willpowers for explore instead of patrol.
