Unable to Recycle Mount?

Any idea how long can these Mount can be allowed to Recycle to get Beast Soul?
1. Weekly
2. Twice a Week
3. A Month
4. More than a Month's

Still saving these mount since way back event we have.

I'm sorry to say this but it might be never...but if you still have plenty of space in your inventory then keep it. This reminds me of Demonic Civet mount. It's a 7 days mount which become a permanent mount after the new patch. But this was a few years ago.
