  • Can't Access Wartune

    Maybe I put this post on a wrong sub, so please forgive me (took several minutes to load this forum page anyway ).
    These two days I can't access wartune. True I'm able to log into my account (took several minutes to load the login dialog box), but when I clicked that last played on server button the loading process stucked on gray screen... tried to refresh and restart PC but didn't work.
    Please give me advices to solve this problem.

    Btw, if anyone here can PM Allanon (aka Teabag), winterfell's GM, please ask him not to kick me ...

    Thank you for including so much information. We'll go with what we know first - the screenshot telling you to go full screen is because your browser window is too small for the game. That isn't why you're getting a black screen, though.

    What are you playing on? Is it a laptop, desktop, or tablet? Are you on wireless internet?

      I'm playing on desktop and not using wireless internet. About go to full screen, I did click that button, but still stucked. ... honestly, I love wartune soooo much, and would be a bad day for me if I cant access it.
      Anyway, I'll try once again to get into the game, if still failed... well, I'll try tomorrow

        The pop up is just advisory, so you shouldn't have to go full screen, it's just telling you it'll be better if you do. The game loaded behind the pop up when I tested it out, so it doesn't cause a black screen.

        Can you try loading another US East server to see if it's all servers, or if it's just 706?

              looking at ur pics looks like ur using the old xp platform (no Microsoft updates for xp anymore) maybe updating ur drivers specialy graphic card depending if onboard or the card will help as it says u cant view screen only in full mode and as u stated it took u a few mins to load forum so maybe u need more memory


              even installing flash as u might be using a old flash from adobe even install java this may help also if ur using xp

                I'm so grateful to you, dear friends, for all advices and sugestions. The trouble I experienced these two days was due to wartune emergency maintenance. From now on, I'll pay more attention to the forum and not rushly complaining.
