Locked rune spot

I have a suggestion that might actually make people happy and should be a pretty easy fix. How about making all of the runes available to everyone once we hit knighthood. Let the archers get purge, mages get puri, and knights get guardian. Classes not being able to have runes that matched their skills made sense in the beginning, but it hasn't made sense since knighthood skills came along.
