Just a heads up, I had an issue where i tried to create an account, and the site was saying i already had an account, which i dont remember ever making. so i requested password, and it made me submit a ticket. Literally 50 replies later the GM was still asking me to log in and tell him the error message.. which you cant do if you dont know the password. He was completely and utterly unhelpful, BUT i found the solution. I clicked login via google+ and it worked fine, so if in the future anyone has this problem maybe they can avoid a week of wasted time and messaging <that was still unhelpful>
